45mls Blush Gin
20mls Lemon Juice 
20mls Lavender Syrup 
Soda Water 
Pour first three ingredients into a glass.

Bitter Sister 

40mls Blush Gin 
10mls Campari 
30mls Fresh Orange Syrup
Prosecco
Pour first three ingredients into a glass.
Fill glass with crushed ice, then top with Prosecco.

Land Of Sunshine 

40mls Blush Gin
20mls Elderflower Liqueur 
20mls Lemon Juice 
10mls Sugar Syrup 
Prosecco 
Add first four ingredients into a glass. Fill with crushed ice, then top with Prosecco.

Pretty In Pink 

30mls Blush Gin 
30mls Lillet Rose
30mls Fresh Orange & Thyme Syrup 
Fevertree Elderflower Tonic
Pour first three ingredients into glass.
Fill glass with crushed ice, then top with tonic.

Blushing Martini  

60mls Blush Gin 
5mls Dry Vermouth 
 
Stir with ice until chilled, then strain into a martini glass.

Winter Solstice 

30mls Blush Gin
30mls St Germain
5mls Lime Juice 
15mls Ginger Syrup 
A dash of Black Walnut Bitters
One Egg white 
 
Wet shake, strain then dry shake till nice and foamy.
Pour into champagne glass. 
 

You Ramble, I’ll Bramble 

45mls Blush Gin
20mls Lemon Juice 
15mls Manukau Honey Syrup 
15mls Strawberry Syrup 
 
Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain over crushed ice, then pour strawberry syrup to finish.

 

Mid-Winter Dream  

30mls Blush Gin
10mls Aperol 
30mls Pineapple Juice 
5mls Lime Juice 
An Egg White
 
Wet shake, strain and then dry shake.
Pour into your favorite glass. 
 

Blushing Gluhwein 

Serves 6
1 Bottle of New Zealand Pinot Gris
The Peel and Juice of a Blood Orange or Orange 
4 Sprigs of Thyme
2 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Cloves
90mls Blush Gin
 
Place all ingredients except the gin in a medium-sized saucepan. Simmer on a medium heat for an hour to let flavours infuse.
Before serving pour in Blush Gin & then strain into glasses.
Garnish with orange slices, cinnamon stick & a sprig of thyme.
 

Italian 75 

20mls Blush Gin
10mls Aperol 
10mls Ginger Syrup 
15mls Lemon Juice
Prosecco
 
Pour the first four ingredients into a champagne glass.
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with a funky lemon peel. 
 
 

Blush Negroni  

45ml Blush Gin 
30ml Vermouth rosso
30ml Campari 

Stir into glass over ice, garnish and serve garnished with burnt orange
